Franchise fee

1. Franchise fee: This is the fee that the franchisee must pay to the franchisor to use the brand, operation method, and business model from the franchisor. - With the VIVA RESERVE model, the Company offers a brand cooperation package of: VND 715,000,000 / 5 years (VAT included)

2. Initial fee: Initial cost for the preparation and assistance to start a business such as: basic construction, technology transfer, training, procedures, administration. Initial fees are based on the product packages the franchisee wants to franchise, the size of the franchisee, the complexity of technology transfer, and the scope of operations in the franchisee's locality.

3. Loyalty fee: This is the fee that the franchisee pays monthly to the franchisor. This cost is paid for the maintenance and use of the brand and other benefits that VIVA Star Coffee is responsible for supporting. This cost is fixed at one level for all franchisees in the system. Currently 2% of Revenue / Month.

This initial cost estimate is based on VIVA RESERVE branches in HCMC. Ho Chi Minh City has been put into operation about 3,500,000,000 VND.

Franchise fee

1. Franchise fee: This is the fee that the franchisee must pay to the franchisor to use the brand, operation method, and business model from the franchisor. - With the VIVA STAR COFFEE model, the Company offers a brand cooperation package of: 286,000,000 VND / 5 years (VAT included)

2. Initial fee: Initial cost for the preparation and assistance to start a business such as: basic construction, technology transfer, training, procedures, administration. Initial fees are based on the product packages the franchisee wants to franchise, the size of the franchisee, the complexity of technology transfer, and the scope of operations in the franchisee's locality.

Initial fees are based on the product packages the franchisee wants to franchise, the size of the franchisee, the complexity of technology transfer, and the scope of operations in the franchisee's locality.
